Every exercise of this program I demonstrate how to regress the movement to make it fit your level. Beginners will need a resistance band to assist their training.
What equipment do I need?
The only piece of equipment you will need is access to a pull up bar. The doorway kind is fine or you can go to a gym, local park, etc. Also a rubber resistance band is suggested for all levels but required for beginners.
Is this a membership or a one-time fee?

How is the program delivered?
